PRW 2021: “Identity in Peer Review”
Mark your calendar for Peer Review Week (PRW) 2021, September 20-24. This year’s event is dedicated to the theme “Identity in Peer Review”. During the week, participating organisations will host virtual events and activities exploring the multifaceted nature of identity, how personal and social identity affects peer review practices and experiences, and what’s needed to foster more diverse, equitable, and inclusive peer review processes.
WHAT IS PEER REVIEW WEEK?
Peer Review Week is a yearly global event celebrating the essential role that peer review plays in maintaining scientific quality. The event brings together individuals, institutions, and organizations committed to sharing the central message that good peer review, whatever shape or form it might take, is critical to scholarly communications.
