EAHIL 2022

Conference

After two years of only virtual events it is our pleasure to welcome you either in person or virtually to the beautiful city of Rotterdam in 2022 for a hybrid conference. During EAHIL 2022 we will offer you three days of interesting plenary speakers, inspiring oral presentations, practical workshops, innovative posters and value-adding exhibitors in a professional conference venue.

Rotterdam, the second largest city in the Netherlands, is the birth place of the great philosopher and humanist Desiderius Erasmus, who gave our university and medical center its name. With its vibrant waterfront and largest port in Europe, Rotterdam remains compact as all conference venues are within walking distance of the Central Station. The city is easily accessible from abroad by air, train and ferry. The city and its surrounding region have many opportunities for social events which we are sure you will enjoy.

If we learned something from the corona crisis it is the absolute need for personal contact. The Netherlands are well known for their beautiful flat horizons. After two years in our own bubble it is time to look broader again. Therefore the motto of our conference is “Broaden the horizon: diversity, partnership and innovation with a human touch.”
